Entrepreneurship is not easy. You need allies, coaches, peers, supportive partner(s) - really all of the above. It’s hard on a day-to-day basis. It’s hard trying to keeping focus on the big picture and what your mission is. You need perspective and when you’re in the thick of it, that is hard to come by.
If you’re in the midst of the crazy of running your own show or contemplating starting your own company, you’re not going to want to miss the conversation with Amanda Baudier. She is a Holistic Executive Coach, Startup Advisor, and Spiritual Mentor to high-performing individuals. She is the founder of “Full Plate Full Cup” – a boutique coaching & advisory firm that supports founders and early-stage companies to carve a human-first path to success.
About Amanda and “Full Plate Full Cup”
A graduate of Columbia University, Amanda spent 20 years as an Executive, leading teams at Tao Group, Sakara Life, and Melissa Wood Health before diving into entrepreneurship. Her own experience with extreme burnout in 2013 fueled her passion for holistic wellness and led her to attain certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Shamanism, Holistic Nutrition, MBSR, Reiki, and Somatic Experiencing. After 21 years in NYC, Amanda now lives on 20 acres in the Shawangunk mountains with her husband and 2 children.
In short, Amanda has ‘been there’, ‘done that’, and ‘got the t-shirt’ in understanding how “the hustle” can lead to significant health consequences.
The great news is that she is sharing some wisdom on how you can avoid that same fate so you can perform at your best — for everyone who matters in your life, but most importantly, yourself.

Quick Takeaways
Amanda: The number 1 trait that founders need is decisiveness, which is essential for to navigate the constant stream of challenges thrown at them. No one is going to be right all of the time, but those insecurities holding you back can lead you to a place where even if you make the “correct” decision, it may be too late because the ship has already sailed and you missed your opportunity.
Jill: Engaging in "bad othering" - casting those we disagree with as fundamentally wrong or bad people - makes us become perpetrators of judgment ourselves, making meaningful connection impossible. Recognizing that many people share similar core desires but have different approaches to achieving them allows us to maintain humanity while building bridges across differences.
The word ‘NO’ is a complete sentence!
