Build a Life That Feels as Good as It Looks

(With wins like actually sleeping through the night, feeling rested instead of restless, and finally saying YES to the social events you used to love—and no to the ones you don’t!)

For the high-achieving woman who’s ready to stop running on empty and start showing up for herself—without guilt, overwhelm, or burnout.

You have more choices than you might think.

(Because, let’s face it, sometimes we just need a little reminder of the power we already hold.)

You feeling clear, confident, and capable of making decisions that align with your goals.

You having the mental space to focus on what actually matters.

You finally believing you don’t have to do it all—and that prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish.

I believe you can do whatever the F*** you want to do.

You’ll always get honesty from me—after all, I literally have a bullshit button on my desk. (Yes, it’s real, and yes, I use it when things get a little too … well, bullshit-y)

I don’t care about quick fixes, perfect morning routines, or pretending that life isn’t messy sometimes.

I don’t believe in squeezing more into your already-packed schedule or telling you to just “try harder.”

What I do care about is this:

This isn’t really about me—it’s about you. Because the moment you landed here, you became my focus.

Yes, YOU, who likely doesn’t give a s*** about adding more busy work to your to-do list and would much rather figure out how to tackle what’s weighing you down.

Here’s the thing: we all need help creating space for what matters most.

Let’s see if we’re a fit, shall we?

For years, my life looked pretty great on paper.

I worked at one of the top investment banks, traveled the world, and had what many would call a “dream career.”

But behind the scenes, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely neglecting myself. I was working 90+ hour weeks, skipping meals, running on cases of Diet Coke (literally), and barely sleeping.

Even after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I kept pushing through. I told myself I’d focus on my health “when things showed down.” Spoiler alert—they never did.

It wasn’t until I hit my breaking point that I realized something had to give. I started making small, intentional changes—focusing on what I could do, instead of trying to do everything I thought I should do.

Fast forward to today: I’m 53 and in the best shape of my life. I take active vacations with my husband, hike regularly, and wake up excited about my day.

But here’s the thing—it didn’t happen because of a massive, all-at-once overhaul. It happened because I figured out how to simplify, focus, and make space for myself—without feeling guilty.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same, not with gimmicks or “one-size-fits-all” advice, but with practical, personalized steps that work for YOUR life, your goals, and your priorities.

Here’s what that can look like.

“I used to get hangry at around 4pm during the week. Jill helped me re-think what I was eating earlier in the day so I wouldn’t feel as though I was going to crash in the afternoon. I now ask myself a couple of questions before reaching for the snack, and it’s helped!” — J.N., Alexandria, VA

“I love gardening and two weekends in a row I tweaked my back, which landed me on the couch. I want to stay active for as long as possible so I called Jill. She was curious and was non-judgmental. Group classes aren’t an option, but I have a program that keeps me on track.” — L.R., Ellensburg, WA

“Jill helped me identify why I tend to prioritize others over myself. With her help, I now understand triggers that caused me to sabotage myself on reaching my goals. I’m dealing with multiple life changes and with Jill’s help, I have more energy and focus to confidently deal with them.” — A.C., Seattle, WA
